I know most people split the doses in 2 to 3 splits per day, and that SARM'S have a short half life (4Hours) but.. I've been following someone's log who was splitting the doses morning & PM and switched to Pre-Workout only... According to him it works better.
What do you guys think? I know this is all going to be speculation at this point... but is there need for SARM'S to be in your system all day to be effective, or are they really only needed when working out?![]()
