Arguments On Splitting S4 Doses
I know most people split the doses in 2 to 3 splits per day, and that SARM'S have a short half life (4Hours) but.. I've been following someone's log who was splitting the doses morning & PM and switched to Pre-Workout only... According to him it works better.
What do you guys think? I know this is all going to be speculation at this point... but is there need for SARM'S to be in your system all day to be effective, or are they really only needed when working out?

not enough information out there, I would say give it a try and tell us about your results. All the logs i have seen say to split it up, never seen any other way.

my last cycle i split it into 4 doses (100mgs ed), but i am on a cycle now at one dose in the morning at 25mgs, its been about 5 days and i am starting to notice the vision sides, not much with strength at this point, however it seems to have helped with my left elbow pain. last time it helped with my shoulders and right elbow as well...

Bass, you're doing another sarms cycle? You're doing only 25mg/day?
