S4 Log - On HRT Program
I received my SARMs S4 from Lion and started taking it this past Wednesday, Jan. 13.

185lb
12.7 BF
Also on HRT. 150mg/wk Test Cyp, .5mg/eod Adex. Hoping the S4 will give a positive compliment to my regiment. The regiment is 4-to-5 days at the gym, with 3 days of which also include cardio/core/ab concentration.
On the S4, I am taking 50mg/day (25mg in the morning, 25mg late afternoon). No major results or complaints to post at this stage. I'm only on my 3rd day, so it's still early in the game. I'll keep you guys posted with any updates, and I'll let you know if any sides come into the picture.

Day 5 Log,
Still running 50mg, split into 2x25mg (morning and late afternoon).
On day 3, I did chest, abs and cardio. I could have sworn that I had just a little more stamina compared to recent workouts. Usually, I'll do push up sets in between and immediately following my cable fly sets, which is usually 4 sets. Usually towards the end of the sets, I'm struggling to pull out 20 or 25 push ups. I was hitting 35 push ups at the end of my set, and felt pretty pumped to move right on to some dumb bell fly's on the medicine ball.
On day 4, I did legs. Again, stamina seemed to be on my side, and I just didn't feel as fatigued at the end of my sets. One routine that I throw in the mix is doing drop sets on leg lifts, where I perform 3 consecutive sets. Usually, by the end of the 3rd set, I'm limping off the chair. I was stinging a little, but walking fine, and hit hamstrings just fine from there. Even pulled off 20 minutes of cardio. Normally on this type of leg night, it is tough to walk up the stairs. I felt some soreness, but it was a lot easier getting up and down that night.
Today will just be some cardio and core stuff, nothing major. NO real vision issues to speak of. If anything, the lights seem just a little brighter in the house, but nothing major.

Starting 2nd Week.
Crazy thing, I'm starting to like the taste of this stuff ... How screwed up is that?
Unless it's perception, I still seem to be getting more out of my workout sets, and it feels like recovery time in between and after sets is a little better. I feel like there's a little more burst of energy to get a few extra pumps in at the end of a set. I'm throwing more into my sessions and it's going great at this time.
Still running 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon. From reading other logs, I don't know if it will be necessary to increase the dosage, as for some seem to do fine at this dosage (50mg), and maybe it will keep the sides at a minimum.
As far as sides go ... Not much to say. After the first couple of days, everything seemed a little brighter than normal, but nothing serious. That doesn't seem to be an issue at this time, and I'm not getting any of the other vision sides that have been reported by other members (knock on wood).

Day 15 Log ... Okay, I wasn't immune from the vision sides like I thought I me be after the first week. Somewhere around Sat/Sun, I noticed all this yellowish tint stuff going on. Truthfully, it's not that bad, and during the daytime it's not really noticeable.
My dosages have increased slightly at just around 60-65mg day. Still going 2x ... Once in the morning and once in the afternoon, usually about an hour before working out.
I've actually gained a few pounds, but that's okay. The waistline is the same and some of it could easily be water. I have increased 10lbs on the Hammer Smith shoulder press, where I'm getting a 45lb+35lb plate on each side x 8 for my final reps. Wasn't too long ago in my life where I was barely getting the single 45lb up that many times. HRT has been a wonderful thing, and I do believe the S4 has helped a little bit with enhancing my recent workouts. I still seem to find a few extra pumps, or an extra set with each workout, without having that total fatigue feeling.
I'll be running BW shortly, so I'll keep you guys posted with any other developments.

glad its working for you, be careful with increasing weights, don't end up getting injured like me and Endus, try to increase your weights slowly...

Are you doing PCT? I don't know if you can since you're on HRT. I'm thinking of doing a very mild PCT - something like 10/10/10/10 nolva. I had a very mild suppression when I was doing 100mg per day and I didn't do PCT. I've been doing 15mg per day for this cycle, so it should be even less? Anyone have opinion?

Being on HRT, there's no PCT on this end. I am running blood work this week, so I'll know if anything looks to be out of the ordinary.
