What is SARMS?

I am completely dumb to sarms. Can anyone fill me in? Is it over the counter?

Not trying to be an azzhole but you got a computer in front of you that can give you that info a lot faster then going to a bodybuilding forum.
SARMS which one compound you can get called S-4 that they been selling at research sites is basically something that attaches to the anabolic receptor sites and acts like a steroid without the shut down. The reviews on it are great and the side effect people seem to be getting it a night vision problem that goes away once you discontinue the SARM or lower the dose. I can't wait to try it.
I edited this because it seems more people are having issues with minor shut down. I suggest you look at some logs below this post. Due some rsearch at pubmed where there is good information.

Search around, educate yourself ......

you can get it from ARR. banner on the right top corner...but read all the logs before you even consider it.
