I got a bottle of s4 from ar-r and at the bottom of the bottle it looks like it's crystallized. I do shake the bottle b4 each use. Should I try to mix that sh!t up in there or should I not worry about it?

Weird. I'd try stirring it up.

yeah I already did stir it up, it was caked to the bottom. Once I did that, then a couple days later I started to get the bright light transition sides. This stuff isn't all that great, it made me lose an lb or two, but I think it was just fat cuz I'm a little leaner.
