    Whats the self life of the s4 from ar-r ? anybody know?

    Probably quite a while (12 months or so). You may have to stir it up if it settles for months. Just taking a guess, given that the compound's pretty stable.

    I would say the sarms s4 shelf life is between 6 months and a year.
