Thread: Optimize SARMs S4 uptake?

    Optimize SARMs S4 uptake?

Is there something that will optimize the SARMs S4 intake?
Such as Grape Juice and so on?

Is there something that I should avoid to eat when taking S4?

Sugars and salts should be avoided. A pretty good rule of thumb is if you are going to be on sarms; take it as the same as being on test. Eat clean, lots and you will be fine.

    Hi,
Do you mean salts and sugars in general?
    Because I eat clean.

I meant if it´s possible to optimize the intake while swallowing the s4.

like with some meds it´s optimized when drinking grape juice at the same time when taking these meds.

I do not believe so, I may be wrong though. I just used it with some water to get it all down and make sure I was getting the right dose.

Found good source for hand target

Found some striking target mits at LDU Company out of China with free shipping to anywhere in the world. My friend bought a few first and then I got one in black. Price was cheap. I have seen others that were made of real leather but for what I do it works just fine. Martial arts stuff is on this page http://www.liangdianup.com/martialarts_1.htm or you can click through from the main page at www.LDUcompany.com

Just thought I would tell other people in case anyone out there was looking for some.
