Clen cycle , 100 mcg / day?

Is 100 mcg /day for 2 weeks an ok clen cycle?

29 , 175 lb, bf unknown but I have abs

Taper up with your dose by 20mcg PD starting at 20mcg until you feel comfortable, (if you have no prior Clen experience) You may only be able to handle 80mcg. Don't forget 5g Taurine with your WO's & Benadryl before bed on "off" days.

so if i have 1500mg taurine tabs, do you split them up throughout the day while your taking your clen or just take say 3-4 before a workout?

Thanks HawaiianPride. I think I read in at least one place something about spasms as a side. Do you eat a lot of bananas when on clen? The taurine helps with the sides yeah? I did my first dose and Im pretty psyched thanks for the advice

Yeah it'll help with the rebound effects and muscle cramps. I eat a lot of bananas in general, but yes include them in your diet while "on".
