S4 ..take on empty stomach?

For those who have used S4...did you take it on an empty stomach (say...15mins before a meal) or did you have it with food or did you just have it anytime - sometimes with food, sometimes without?

i took mine about 10 minutes before meals in the morning and whenever in the afternoon for second dose
