Hello, I just recently started taking t4 for fat loss, my plan was to use t4 with Clen, but my t4 arrived first so I started it 5 days ago without the Clen. I started at 1 a day (100mcg a day), today is my 5th day taking it. I have decided after researching it that t4 isn't for me, I don't want to take it anymore and mess with my thyroid levels. My question is, would it be ok to just stop taking it now after 5 days of 100mcg a day cold turkey, or should I taper? Another question, I understand t3+Clen is a great combo for fat loss, but like I said I don't want to mess with my thyroid levels, how much would I benefit from using Clen alone? Thanks in advance
