SERM with HCG?

Im on test prop, I want to cycle some HCG. My estrogen lvls are at 420. Im lowering my dose of test p for 100mg to 50mg. Now do I have to run HCG with a SERM, I mean my nipples are fine, no sign of tits or ne thing like that. Since I am going to use 50mg of prop, my estrogen will prob drop from switching from the 100mg dose.
