ok i weight 122 lbs want to know how much i should take and how do i figure out how much ?the dispenser i got with my s4 is in ml not mg some help please im thinking about .4 ml is 12.5 mg never that good at math

how much research did you do? theres several s4 logs in this section? that stuff has been reported in just about every log to have some pretty nasty vision side effects, and also reported to shut you down..do you have pct squared away?

concentration of ar-r s4 is 50mg per ml...so every tenth of 1ml is 5mg.. so .4 (four tenths) would be 20mg

Haven't posted in awhile; been in the background though - but find it necessary to post on this - IMO, I would recommend several things - more research and concentrate on your diet man @ 122lbs you really need diet help more than anything!
