    Just Got My Osta

    Picked up my Osta today.
    Anxious to get started.

    I'll make notes as I go, and as time allows.

    6-4, 260lbs, mid 40s, lifted on and off since '84.

    Obviously time has not allowed much.

    Workouts have been sporadic, and I caught the crud people have been passing around my workplace.

    My bottle is 30ml, 25mg per ml.
    I've been using 50mg ED, 25 am and 25 pm.
    I've seen an increase in dense muscle mass, slight loss of fat.
    No real increase in strength.

    The results may be skewed due to irregular diet and workouts, and illness.

    Things should be stabilized next week, I should have more reliable results beginning at that point.

    From what I've read in the other logs that dose is really high. Can I ask your reasoning behind it?

    Just a high initial dose to get bump started.
    I am dropping to 25mg am on Friday, marking my 8th day on.
    Also, at 260lbs I figure I have more body mass than the average bear - though not all nice and lean.
    I'll check the other logs to be certain I'm not out of whack on dose per lb or kg.

    I am on my 16th day.
    Funny, we started our "research" differently.
    I started with a week of 12.5ed, then went to 25ed on day 8. [I weigh 165]
    You hit it running at 50ed, then took it to 25ed on day 8.

    I was really checking for sides that first week.

    Too bad there's no color brochure and directions sheet printed in English/Spanish/French/German in the package.

    Okay,

    I've been staying around 25ed now, and there have been no sides.
    I've noticed that my strength has been good, and stamina for lifting has been a bit improved too. Cardio stamina has not been affected either way so far.

    This SARM definitely helps with developing hard muscle. I've observed that the quality of muscle has been gradually increasing. I was slow to mention this to be certain it wasn't some skewed perception or placebo effect. It's not. Muscle density is definitely improving, at a reasonable pace. I'm hoping this means I'll keep it once I am off cycle. I am starting to lose a little body fat, but whether this is due to an improving diet, Osta, or both is not determined.

    No problems with libido or berry shrink, bloodwork on Tuesday should reveal any other problems. I've heard some say it has no effect on natural T production, others say it suppresses. Maybe it is different for each individual. I'll let you all know how I do.

    I'm thinking that you will see HPTA suppression from the bloodwork.

    Very interested in seeing the scanned results though.

    The bloodwork is part of annual physical, routine stuff. Should reveal any liver issues though, as that has been monitored due to meds. Doc checks thyroid and other stuff in CBC.
    I have seen links to indie lab websites for getting analysis done outside the doctors; guess I better hit one of them up, just to be on safe side.
    I doubt the doc will be looking for T levels. Never been a prob for me in the past.
    I'll keep you posted.

    Will be hitting gym hard this week prior to short break, let's see what this stuff is made of!
    I'll post up affects on aerobic and anaerobic endurance, recovery, energy and any help burning fat.

    Ok,
    Weak upper body workout at home Sunday, nothing to report.
    Monday was legs / core with plyometrics, jumping squats and balancing squats. Good intensity and pump, quick recovery. But man, does my cardio condition ever SUCK.
    Work caused me to miss out tonight, planning cardio tomorrow.

    Still no sides, more than halfway through the bottle.
    Remember I started at 25mg / 1ml am and again pm for the first 7 days.
    My bottle's concentration is 25mg per ml.

    How does everyone feel about the authenticity of products offered at twice this concentration? Seem to good to be true?

    Nice arm workout last night, bi/tri and core.
    Good intensity and pumps.
    I've noticed recovery seems improved a little, and I feel like I can dig a little deeper for more result at each workout. Although the latter is a subjective observation, it is a definite change.

    Chest tonight, got more out of my triceps than expected; finished with cardio having ordinary results.

    hey bro, @ 40 you can request that he check your test levels - just tell him you have been feeling lethargic and your "urge" to have sex has been deminishing and you are concerned - that will at least open the door - later on if you time your next cycle right you can have a low natty level just prior to starting PCT and the blood test will show this and may open the door to TRT...

    Thanks Rock, hadn't thought about that angle.
    BTW, standard testing revealed all is well including liver function - tied for my largest concern. The only anomaly is a marked decrease in HDL.
    The other big concern would of course be the HPTA - but still no shrinkage or diminished drive or performance. At 25 mg per day I am well above the 3mg ed "test" levels without outward manifestations of trouble. I'll stop after this bottle and do a test test, and see what's going on.
    I honestly don't anticipate much trouble but I'll test to be safe.

    No workouts last couple days, off the grid for a short while then back at it with strictly OTC supplementation to see if / how much difference sans Osta. During this time I'll get the comprehensive test test.
