i do the minimum .25 a day and get very sick, very sick. i have yet to ramp up from there. it could be it just doesnt react well with me.

you really havt to start at a light dose and work your way up,a friend of mine started taking this,and he started at.1mg the 1st week,then .2 the 2nd week and worked his way up to .25mg and eventually up to.5mg....this stuff is very POTENT...so be careful and increase your dose SLOWY and take it right at bedtime....good luck
