Sarms Dosage

Hi Guys, I have a question regarding sarms. I'm not real good with measurements so for a bottle that is "30mL 50mg/mL", how many mg's am I expected to get for a 30 day cycle. One more thing what is the difference between a bottle that is "30mL 50mg/mL" and a bottle that is "30ML 100mg/ML"? They're both about the same price. It would seem like the ""30mL 50mg/mL" bottle would be stronger. I could be wrong. Could someone please offer some advice. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys!

I think what I meant to say was how many mg's per day from a bottle that is "30mL 50mg/mL" from what I've searched people have done 12.5,25,50mgs. e.d.

ostarine is generally 30mg/1ml and s-4 is generally 100mg/ml they are 2 different compounds

The s4 from lion will be a sufficient 30 day supply @ 50mg's ed

Ar-r's sarms s4 is dosed at 50mg/ml and the bottles are 30ml so 1ml = 50mg and will last 30 days.
