    Ostarine Log

    I just got the ostarine today. It's a murky, viscous liquid. It takes like nothing else I've ever tried - bad, but not overwhelmingly so, and seems to heat up my tongue.

    Starting weight: 157lbs, 5'10"

    The bottle came with a pump to get the liquid out. According to the guy I got it from, one pump is roughly 0.2 mL. It's 25 mg/mL, which means 5mg/pump. I took 2 pumps of liquid this morning (roughly 10mg). 8 hours later, I feel completely normal, no side effects or anything. And definitely not the "on" feeling.

    I am doubtful of the 24 hour half life this drug supposedly has. Seems too convienent to be true. I'm going to split the dose, so I'll take it every 12 hours. I'm shooting for 25mg per day, for the first 3 weeks, then 50mg per day thereafter until i run out. It's probably going to last me about 6 weeks in total.

    I'm bulking up. I'm eating a caloric excess. If I can gain 5 lbs of quality muscle using this stuff, then I'll be happy.

    day 2.

    took 25mg this morning on an empty stomach then waited an hour before eating... going to take 25 more before i go to sleep. tastes like crap, btu better than pinning.

    Felt stronger overall in the gym today. I did 2 more reps on my bench, db rows, etc. but i could have just been the PLACEBO effect, so I'm withholding judgement on this stuff for at least a week. not sure if the stuff is real yet, but the place i got it from has an excellent reputation, never heard a bad thing from them, so i'm trying to have faith. so far so good at least... i feel exactly the same as before with no sides

    day 4. so far no results. my weight and measurements are all the same, and I look no different.

    it should take a little longer, whats ur diet like?

    3rd day in a row without going to the gym. The doc messed up my booster shot, and now my shoulder is all swollen... hurts to move it. Damn. I'll be good tomorrow, and I'll see if my bench has increased.

    The first one is before, the second is after.

    As you can see, there is minimal difference. I have gained 1/4" on my arms though. But as I said before, it COULD just be due to my new diet, not the ostarine. I am still skeptical of this stuff.

    My diet is probably about 2500 calories per day. It's probably around 25% protein, 50% carbs, 25% fat. Weak, I know. I should be eating more.

    My routine, is a two day split. I won't go into the details with exercies... but here is the gist of it:

    Day A: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Traps, Upper Arms
    Day B: Quads, Calves, Forearms, Abs, Obliques, Neck

    I do this 7 days a week, and I am always able to recover before the next workout.

    Since I started (8 days ago) I gained 3 pounds. But I don't know if that is muscle, or water weight. I haven't gained any fat though. The added weight might just be because of my diet. Just before I started, I was on a cutting phase, and I started to bulk and take ostarine concurrently. So far, no proof that this stuff actually works.
