I am literally on my 2nd day of this cycle and BOOM, gyno is already kicking in. I have some discomfort/mild pain around my left nipple area. I've take this cycle (back in the day) before and never had this problem.
This is everything I am currently taking..
100mg of 1-AD
300mg of 4-AD
(Suppose to take both twice a day, but I didn't yet today because of the gyno).
Fish Oil
Milk Thistle
Multivitamins
Whey Protein
BCAAs
Taurine
Anyone have any advice on what I can take on-cycle to help reduce gyno safely?
