    Puffy Nipples due to puberty wut do?

    So since i can remember maybe when i was 12 or 13 i have had puffy nipples I am pretty sure it isnt gyno because i cant feel a lump

    I've been running letro for a week at 2.5mg ED and there hasent been any change

    Is there anything i can do to lose them without surgery?
