Arimidex Dosage - opinions please!

Hi

I am on week one of this cycle (2nd cycle):

Test Cyp - 400mg per week
Deca - 200 mg per week
Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD

From the info I got from here before I started it seemed that this dosage of Arimidex was ok. But I have just been browsing the forums and there are some newer posts saying that this amount will crash your estrogen levels.

I started the Arimidex 10 days before the test/deca. It may be too early to gauge how it is effecting me yet, but I'd rather not take any chances.

Any opinions on if I should lower the dose or take 0.5 every 3 days?

.25 eod. increase if needed.

I think .25 eod is the way to go for starters, adjust to .50 eod if needed.

I'm only preparing for my first cycle, so take this with a grain of salt:

I was going to dose at .25 E3D due to fear of crashing my oestrogen levels. I am now comfortable with going for .25 EOD. Will increase accordingly if oestrogen issues present.

So, just putting in my .02 cents that I think you'll be fine on that dosage.

Agree with the .25mg eod suggestion. That's one of the reasons I use AR-R's (our sponsor) Liquidex, as it makes measuring out the smaller doses very simple.

Body fat % will play a big role in determining a starting point for Arimidex. The more fat, the more AI that will be needed.
