    Endurance Athlete - T-Bol & Equipoise ???

I compete in XC mountain bike races and am looking to up my game a little. I have some T-Bol and Equipoise on the way but I have some concerns about the T-Bol specifically. I keep reading about "pumps" to the point that they prevent people from completing their workouts. I am thinking this would not work out very well over the course of a 50 mile race. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I think these drugs would enhance your endurance obviously, but the pumps would get in your way of reaping an improvement. BUT I suggest taking some time away from racing and doing a strength cycle. Cyclists have several muscular imbalances that need correcting.

The vastus medialis is usually relatively weak and this will help prevent patellar tendonitis. Also unilateral rows will help with mountain bike control. Why not do a strength cycle before returning to the course? Just do maintainance cycling.
