25 y/o
92kg - 10% bf
175cm
2000 kcal diet
47% protein 23% carbs 30% fat
2nd cycle;
500mg testex x 12 weeks
250mg Deca x 10 weeks
Winny 50mg tabs ed last 6 weeks
I'm loosing bf but not at the rate I would have liked. I still have 4 weeks left of my cycle. I'm now having doubts as to whether everything I'm doing is optimal for loosing bf. If anyone could shed some light on what I'm doing it would be appreciated.
