My guy did not give me breakable tabs but capsules of adex. Should I take 1mg every 3 days? How do I dose it now? I was going to do .25 ed.

Pct is Nolva and clomid. 16days after last shot.
Hcg preventative maintenance 250iu 2 times a week.
The hcg is up in the air, will be difficult to keep refrigerated on the road. Think I can keep it in a cooler with ice? I am not sure how effective that will be and I really don't know how fragile it is.
