    Arimidex is the BEST!!!!

I just wanted to say holy shit, i was breaking out really bad, my face, chest and back.

took 1mg the first day, then .5 ED after, in only 6 days my face has cleared up and no new zits, nothing! Also my face isn't bloated anymore.

Ohh and in case someone asks why i didnt have it sooner, I had made an order with a supplier and they sent me the wrong gear .

I don't understand why people do this!?!?! I guess they don't realize that high levels of estrogen increase the risk of deep vein thrombosis, stroke, and myocardial infarctions. Acne and man boobs should be the least of your concerns because a heart attack or stroke is much more severe!

I agree buddy, some people are so whimsical about there estrogen levels. Its like they don't realize the internal unseen health risks that present themselves in such a way that you're the last to know when its too late..ie stroke and heart disease.

Unfortunately, it's easy to overlook. Strokes and heart attacks are like earth quakes....you generally get no prior warning and they can be devastating. This is why we emphasize research and education, right!?! Lol

A lot of guys think education means reading about which steroids you should take to get big. It's a bit more involved than that! Lol

I used to be a "I have an AI on hand in case of sides" guy, but didn't seem to notice the spike in bloat and acne. Then, I checked my BP one day and it was sky high. I mean so high that I stopped my cycle. Worse yet, I was at a doctor's office and they blew a frickin' gasket and wanted me to have blood pulled right then to figure out what the problem was. No way I was going to have blood taken with my levels where they were, so I said I would come back on Saturday when I had time (never went) and immediately went home and started the AI.

Everything came back in line pretty quickly, but that was the day I learned that heart attacks and strokes were real possibilities. Plus, the high BP contributes to left ventricle hypertrophy.

Wow I see the importance of an AI, is .5mg of the dex daily a common best practice?

.5mg/day is too much. Use 0.25mg EOD to start. Adex is fast acting. 46hr 1/2life

Less = more is your best case scenario. Sums up why BW is so important.

.5mg daily is overkill. If Adex at .25mg q.a.d or .5 q.a.d. isn't suppressing estrogen, femara or aromasin would be advised. I've run .5mg daily for 14 days max to quickly lower e-levels but would never recommend that dose for extended periods. Adex is fairly well tolerated but the side effects will range from unpleasant to dangerous. A list of some of the potential side effects from Adex is below:

    - nausea
    - vomiting
    - headaches
    - dizziness
    - depression
    - insomnia
    - abdominal pain/cramping
    - constipation/diarrhea
    - hypercholesterolemia
    - hypertension
    - bone pain
    - increased fractures
    - lymphedema
    - thromboembolism
    - stroke
    - myocardial infarction (heart attack)
    - angina
    - anemia
    - leukopenia

......as Kel said, less is more. These are real drugs with the real potential to harm you.

If acne is the only problem, there are still safer methods to consider. 0.5mg q.a.d isn't terrible but be very mindful of side effects. Cardiac induced events are rare, but can be severe or fatal.

We just want you to be safe. Not sorry.

Is arimidex (or any other ai) really that good against acne? Cause acne is my only worry, very very prone

had accutane treatment multiple times (not caused by steroids )

Have been using Exemestane..think I'll try the Adex. this go around as it's cheaper. As far as the acne, yes the A.I. makes a huge dif. for me and i went thru Acutane in the 80's. But heed the aforementioned advice!! One of my best freinds was found dead by his wife at 40 last year from a heart attack. Get a blood workup too... to see your E levels, as less is better of this stuff if it's working for you. It's all in the details!! Trust me! Good call out guys.

Is it true that Adex encreases liver enzymes? If that's true, which I think is, why would anyone want to take it unless really needing it ? Maybe take it only if E2 is at the high range.
