I've been doing my research and I came across a post that if I am not prone to Gyno or water retention (which I'm not) that I shouldn't have to worry about taking Armidex on cycle. Any thoughts?

Do more research. There are many more reasons to take AIs during cycle. High estrogen levels increase risks of DVTs, myocardial infarctions, and stroke.Originally Posted by ReverendNewman

I hear ya. I guess the only way to monitor those things are with regular blood work. And I don't want to to wait til after the fact.

Absolutely. I run low dose of Adex AND get my BW done every 3 months.
