Adex with milk thistle!!!!

I'm taking 0.25 each other day with my test cycle And would like to know if I should be taking milk thistle along side the adex as its toxic to the liver ???

AI's are not liver toxic as far as I know. I have seen some study somewhere (cant remember where it was) on a slight increase in liver values. but I am not sure what other conditions could have caused it in that study and I haven't seen others post blood work showing it to be liver toxic.
Its possible for some increased values I guess, but I still feel there is no need for milkthistle in my op.

I would use Synthergine if you want a solid liver protectant.
