Arimdex and sore nip

I have pre existing gyno from way before years now. Im running 8 weeks of prop/tren 50mg tren and 75mg prop EOD. I am also running armidex at 0.5mg EOD throughout. I feel now that its week 2 sometimes i feel soreness for a second or tender in the gyno nip. I thought 0.5mg EOD would be suffient? Whats the next approach? Its like on and off tiny soreness in the nip that has the lump. Should I do 0.5mg ED throughout cycle?

weird thing its like on and off. maybe 1 day i dont even feel any soreness at all. i dont think its really all that bad, but i do want to be preventive.

I would assume you would just up the dosage, try .4 ED or .75 EoD and see if it goes away imo.
