Today I will start 60 mg of evista aka ralo to get rid of gynomastia.
My gyno is due to pubertal and now I will start my evista to see if it helps reduce it I don't have it really bad but it's still embarrassing to me in a tank top or tight shirt..

Always try Ralox first. It simply makes sense. Inverted nipples and scarring?
Run from this office when it comes to surgery. Successful gyno surgery should be virtually unnoticeable.
Look into combining Ralox with Andractim Gel. It's a topical DHT rubbed on several times per day to directly attack the problem area. Many have had success with it. Several I know personally. Google it. It's from Australia I believe.

I am more familiar with AAS induced gyno than puberty induced gyno. That said, as stated above ralox may help. If the gyno was prolactin induced you could see good results with pramipexole. It is a very strong ant prolactin and has the benefit of boosting GH at the same time.

Problem with puberty induced gyno is that it has already hardened and most likely cannot be reversed from any AIs or Serms, the doctor has to tell you what can happen but you will most likely come out of surgery just fine, most pro bodybuilders get their glands cut out so they cant develop gyno, if it was me I would get the surgery

Gyno as a teenager already shows that your very gyno prone so if you ever decide to do any AAS you risk the gyno growing larger and giving you more problems if you get the glands removed you will never have to worry about it again lol
