4x 50mg/30mL bottles of S4
1x 10mg/30mL bottle of LGD 4033

Goals

1st cycle:
Regain my lost mass from sickness and cutting (roughly 20lbs excluding water weight)
maybe lean out a bit

2nd:
Recomp, lean out

Proposed bulk cycle:
Start off at 2mg LGD, increase dose to each week to 6mg then maintain for 2 weeks
5 weeks S4 50mg daily 5 on 2 off

week 1: 2mg
week 2:3mg
Week 3: 4mg
Week 4: 5mg
Week 5: 6mg
Week 6: 6mg

Weeks 2-7: 50mg S4 5 on 2off
