19, sarms vs real deal
Whats up guys. I'm considering doing either ostarine or maybe even just some test. I'm 19, 6'1, been seriously training for almost a year and a half (meal prepping, gym 6 days a week) you get the idea. I went from 160 to 225 in a year. (not all of it was muscle obviously) but i still have visible abs. Since the one year mark i've gained a total of 5 pounds. Been eating more and more and i just havent gained any more weight, been stuck at 230 for almost 2 months. And this is with eating more every week than the last.
Anyway, as of now my full stats are 19, 6'1, 230. My dad is maybe 5'9 at most and doesn't weigh anymore than 150 pounds. I feel its actually very possible that i'm close to my genetic potential. So, would ostarine be worth taking? I thought I could dose it at 25mg for 4 weeks, or maybe 12.5mg for 8 weeks. At my size which dosing do you think would work best for me? I've also considered skipping the ostarine and just taking some test since there is more research behind it. Either option I do I plan on doing a full PCT with either clomid or nolva or maybe even both. Any info or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

This is not what you would like to here. But i guess you heard steroids is not for people below 25?. Well, this also should be the case for sarms . We have blogs here where guys get a steroidlike ostarine shutdown just in 2 weeks. Steroidlike HDL-lowering aswell (Though cholestrol is not your biggest concern as a teen).
Training 18 months and you use the words close to genetic potential???? Man, with all respect, thats bs.
Go check your bloodvalues. If your test is ok, you should be able to gain naturally for many years.
Dig into bcaas and creatin. Perfect diett, whey and strive for better training tecnics suitable for big muscles and not for strength. There is so many things you can try. And its all over the net. You have plenty of time. Dont waist it all with ruining your HPTA.

You are too young too mess your hormones, and yes, sarms mess your hormones just as well.
Not seeing gains for 2 whole months?? Wow, you know, ppl spend years not seeing gains?
Again, think you stay consistent with you diet and training, at 19 you have your whole life ahead of you and you will regret it when at 30 you have trouble having children or needing viagra.
Unless you plan on making your money out of the sport for which you will need to have superior genetics it is not worth it.
Post a photo if you think you got what it takes.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes I have heard of anyone under 25 isnt supposed to take steroids or sarms , But I have read a few logs on here of guys my age doing sarms and having nice results. My understanding from what I've read is ostarine is safe ran at around 25mg as long as i don't exceed 4 weeks, and that the people that got the real nasty side effects either got bad ostarine or ostarine laced with a prohormone. You would understand why I said i might be at my genetic poteinal if you saw my family haha. My dads side not a single person is over 5'9 and weighs over 160 pounds, and on my moms side my grandpa is about 6'2 but he told me he never weighed over 170 pounds. and everyone else on my moms side is about the same size as everyone on my dads side. I'm by far and I mean by far the largest person in my family. I just don't see where I have anymore room to grow from here because of that, but maybe i'm wrong. As for my diet it's pretty good, all clean food other than a smaller cheatmeal on tuesday and then I always have a large cheat meal on saturday. I take Whey concentrate, Whey casein (at night), glutamine, bcaas, creatine, multivitamin and fish oil. I do all of the things a natural person my age should be doing. I seriously don't mess around when it comes to this, and no I don't go out and party, ever. As for making money out of this I do plan on doing so, eventually I do plan on competing. but it's hard to compete with guys my age when the guys my age are all doing gear. And as i said I went from 160 to 230 in a year and a half naturally so obviously i'm nowhere near looking like i need to be to compete. Sorry if i came off strong on any of this but I just want you guys to understand i'm not just some random kid that's been kind of doing this for a year and will quit in the next few years. This sport is and will literally be my life. I really do appreciate your input.

Wonderful advices, for this I have mad respect to this forum.
Im 30, never weighted more than 80kg and man, I found I have lowT. You must be well above average in test levels most likelly in the top range and I can only dream of me reaching your weight and I just started my TRT and at age of 30 to basically reach my test levels where you are right now natyrally. Id swap places with you any day. I havent abused gear ever before, and I can only imagine of how much more worse I could have been now if I did.
Listen to advices given and dig deep in minerals vitamins and nutrition, options are endless naturally when your endocrine system works this well

what would you say your body fat percentage is? if it is higher than YOU would like, why not tweak your goals a little and lean out a bit to accentuate your proportions. You will look bigger, and better in my opinion.
once you cut for a month or 2, you can get back to adding muscle without adding as much fat by tracking your calories. Get it down to a science experiment, logging your weight everyday and finding the average every week. If your not gaining size, you're not eating enough, simple as that.

That is a really impressive gain in that time frame man. I can't see how you could possibly think you've reached your potential when you made gains at that speed. Im sure some tweaks to your diet and strategically adding supplements into your plan will get you past this plateau. I would recommend posting in the diet section so some of the more experienced members can give you some feedback.

I have been in the same situation as you Nate42. I started asking questions on here at a younger age about doing steroids . I have tried prohormones and testosterone at the young age of 18. If you decide to do this there will be no going back.
Things that could and are likely to happen.
1.) Your testosterone production may never be the same again.
2.) You will have to go on trt if your body doesn't recover and start producing an optimal amount of testosterone. If you don't go on trt then you will feel like shit until you do.
3.) Your body doesn't recover so you decided to do steroids for life constantly.
My levels at 21 years old are between 230 ng/dl and 400ng/dl. And it sucks, and I can't go to the doctor because I'm always traveling so now I'm on self trt. I feel normal now. But just know that you might have to stick a needle in your body twice a week for the rest of your life to just feel normal.
