Just started a YK11 + LGD stack for 8 weeks
So basically I've been stuck at the same weight for about a year I've done this stack before but only for a month and with a shitty diet. This time around I'm going to be serious and have a strict diet and good training regiment. I am going to be doing 12 mg a day yk11 and 10 mg a day lgd for the first month then 15 mg yk11 and 10mg a day lgd second month
Current stats
Weight - 195
Height 6'2"
Max bench - 285
Max deadlift - 400?
Max squat - 335 (my legs need work)
If you have any advice please give it, all is appreciated. Also I would post a before pic but I'm not sure how to put pictures on here, and i will try to keep this thread updated
