Anyone has experience with MK677? If so ho potent is it? I've heard and red a lot of good reviews. Basically it is selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor and a growth hormone secretagogue, mimicking the growth hormone-stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin.
How true it is? I've heard if taken daily 25mg it equals about 2iu pharm grade HGH.
It's hard to believe for $70 you can get compound that had almost half potency of real GH...

From my experience i would say that could be true. 25 mg equals 2iu.

Blood work showed it doing practically nothing to my igf-1 levels.

Although many claim it works great...
I don't know of anyone on this forum who have blood work showing it works.

Could just be my mk-677 was bunk.

Real mk677 do work. Even Bostin Loyd said it could be an alternative.

I have had the same results. Last bloodwork showed no change in IGF-1.

It does improve my sleep and GI function.

Getting no change in your IGF1 is interesting. I would say maybe your MK677 is bad but you are seeing some results like improved sleep. How much were you taking?

If it's a ghrelin analog it stimulate appetite, yes?
I can see two possible answers;
1) gains come from simply eating more
2) GH release will only happen if you don't eat anything after consuming MK, at least for a couple of hours while it takes effect

Both options could be correct, idk.
Interesting though as I've thought about getting some MK. I might look into other options now. We'll see.

There was a thread here some time ago where the member posted BW supporting it. It showed positive results from what I remember. I've also read recently that Empower Pharmacy sells it in pill form for less that $5 per pill.

Update.
I've been using MK now for 2 weeks 25 mg before bed. I didn't know that you shouldn't be eating anything after. So I might try taking it an hour after my last meal.
As for effects, it increased my appetite crazy for first couple of days. Especially I was craving carbs! And sleepiness like I didn't even wanted to take a shower. Felt lazy.
But effects disappeared.
As far as gains can't tell much cause I didn't do my BW and and I'm on test/tren /var cycle so yeah I see big chances but probably not from MK.

I've had great results with MK-677 , with both myself and several friends.
I find that 10mg before bed works great , 20mg-30mg does yield more strength but the water renention is uncomfortable.
