First time Diving into LGD-4033---41 y old man needing your expertise

    Hello champs!

As individuals who've likely been down this road, your insights would be invaluable.

I'm considering trying LGD-4033 for the first time. For context, I'm 6'7", 41 years old, weigh 232 lbs, and have an 18% body fat. I'm contemplating an 8-week cycle as i'm trying to bulk up a bit. However, I'll be away for 4 days in October and again for another 9 days in November, during which I won't be taking it.
Do you think this interruption might impact me or have other effects? Additionally, is PCT necessary? If so, what duration would you recommend?

Your collective wisdom is much appreciated!

You will not find much support for SARMS here, just a heads up.

At 18% bodyfat, maybe bulking shouldn't be your goal. You will run into more issues at that bodyfat level.

Most of us here will likely recommend something Ike dbol over lgd. Nothing wrong with SARMS per se, they just carry AT LEAST as much risk as AAS and lesser benefit.

Plan your cycles better so you don't have a full 2 weeks of disruption for an 8 week cycle.

PCT is always a good idea.
