    !!!Doing clen 1st time!!!

    Doing clen for the first time, without aas. I am 5’10” 185lbs. I want to stay the same weight but simply get leaner, please let me know if this is possible or simply a stupid idea? I have heard great things about clen and also some bad things. Let me

    Yes you can run Clen without being on AAS (not a good idea with T3).

    Start with a low dose and slowly work your way up for four weeks then stop for 2 weeks then jump back on it. Split your dosages up in the day, don't take larger dosages all at once.

    so start with 20mcg . then after a few days or a week jump up to 40mcg. but split that dose up, half in morning half later. Then work up to 60. then finally end with 80.
