    Which to take T-3 orT-4 combine with Clen for a female

    The title is basically the question . But a little back ground . 49 yr old female that has been struggling with no or little to no thyroid out out hypo— Thyroidism . The Dr’s she uses have lost control of balancing her thyroid and she can eat clean and exercise . She trains hard and can not loose unwanted fat . She wanted to try ; T-3 , T-4 , and Clen combo is there a better , best or optional product to use and if so which one is the best . Pretty lady and since the issue started 20
    Years ago the Dr seem to have lost interest or care to aggressively treat her issues and the one fact I do know is she trains hard even with no energy and eats very good - at least trains very hard 5 days a week ........

    Currently on LEVOTHYROXIN - @ 175 mg 1x a day. Not retaining excessive weight all over but she does not seem to be able to lean out and carries most of the weight in her belly . I have seen her train and know her eating habits and IMHO this is lack of communication between her and her Dr’s . She has tried to seek assistance from over 5 different Dr’s - endocrinologist ,MD general practitioners ........... is there a specialist for thyroid disorders ?

    Thrroid effect her energy level , mood and even ability to think / consentrate . Of course the yo yo weight issues ! The only time I have seen her trim
    Down was after a 30 liquid fast ?

    Help please !

    Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts ?

    I'm not going to get into any 'medical' issues.. but my simple advice, which my wife and other women I know have followed with great results, is 50mcg of T3 daily stacked with 10mg of VAR. couple that with caffeine and yohimbe for fasted AM cardio. she will lose body fat.
    if she hits a hurdle then add in Clen , but don't start with it.
