    Exclamation cutting with SARMs ?

I am about to start my first cutting cycle, and I was thinking why not sarms , my question is, should I also use testosterone while doing sarms or just stick to my TRT without raising the testosterone.

my current state : 110kg , 180cm , 34yrs , 29% BFP , male . training 4 days a week, lifting heavy, 10 min cardio, planning on 5 days a week during the cutting cycle and twice a day with a strict diet.

my plan would look like that :
    TRT protocol :
.12.5 Aromasin (exemestane) EoD ( more if needed)
    HCG 200ui EoD
    Testo-E 250mg Every three day
    Andarine (S4) 50mg
    Cardarine (GW-501516) 30mg
    SR9009 (Stenabolic) 20mg
    Ostarine ( MK-2866, or Enobosarm) 20mg

my current protocol, feel free to correct/recommend any changes :

    TRT protocol :
    .12.5 Aromasin (exemestane) EoD
    HCG 150ui EoD
    Testo-E 75mg Every three day

6:00 AM ( empty stomach, no food or coffee for next 2-3 hours ) :
    Cytomel 12.5
    ALA 600.

    around 11:30 AM (after a meal )
    calcium citrate 500
    magnesium oxide 400
    COQ 10 400
    NAC 600
    Centrum Silver
    5-HTP 100
    milk thistle 1000
    Vitamin K1 (Life Extension Super K Vitamin K2 K1 K4 K7)
    D3 5000iu
    Glucophage XR 1g
    around 9:00 PM ( last meal and 1-hour pre-bedtime)
    Glucophage XR 1g
    5-HTP 100
    milk thistle 1000
    NAC 600

    Quite a few concerns

    - 250mg of Test every 3 days is 500mg/week - that is a Cycle not TRT

    - Have you done any blood work or any other form of Testing that indicates you need all of those supplements listed ?

    - 10 minutes of cardio is not nearly enough for cutting.

    - Cutting fat is from diet, cardio, and training - not from drugs. Steroids have properties to help preserve muscle so the body is more likely to burn fat first and muscle second while in a caloric deficit, but no steroid actually burns fat.

    - You don't need to train twice a day for weights (once for cardio and once for weightlifting is however perfectly acceptable). Instead, you should be maximizing the training session to achieve true muscle failure. I would also consider higher volume rather than necessarily heavy weight.

    - Don't need SARMs to achieve your goal and honestly wouldn't even recommend them - there is no quality control, almost zero legitimate information about them, and are the new age version of Pro Hormones, which were later found to actually be more dangerous then steroids.

    Basically:

    - Increase your cardio, and do it fasted if possible and see how you respond to fasted Cardio

    - Optimize diet, "strict diet" means nothing, I could eat a strict diet of pizza only, it won't be very good. Post your proposed meal program for review and we can help you.

When you get to approx 12-15%ish Bodyfat, you could consider incorporating either ECA, ECY, or Clen /T3 if you need to drop lower.

A trt which gives 600+ is enough for not feeling down on SARMs .
But I have run SARMS cycles with trt, 250 and 500 omna ew, and i enjoyed them all.

But, you are not ready for more test than 6-700 ng/dl rigth now, because of your fatlevel, so i will strongly suggest u stick to your old trt protocol, cut with sarms and dont pimp up your test (with SARMs) before you hit 15%.

Last, u seem very serious, but 10 min cardio is nothing. And u cant count those minutes you use to bring your heartrate up to the burning fat level. So u should use the cardarine to increase cardio, at least 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week.
I would also add l-carnitine to your pwo stack. I feel it def helps.
