Sarms for gyno.

Hey guys so as the title says i've read that raloxifene is used to treat gyno and as i cannot afford surgery i am looking into other options.
My questions are:
1.Do sarms work treating gyno if it's a thing because of puberty?(i was 126kgs at my highest at 1.70cm and was obese my whole life until now),or does it only work if it's been a result of a cycle.
2.If it works will it be a permanent fix or will the results stay only as long as i'm taking the raloxifene?
3.Are sarms worth taking if it's a permanent fix for a guy at the age of 18?I do wanna say that it fucks my whole life having gynecomastia as i am 24/7 concious about how i look.
