my cycle includes
test cypi 500 mg week 1-13 weeks
eq 400 mg week 1-13 weeks
winstrol 50mg ed 9-15 weeks
i was interested in droping my body fat a little lower, i want to get rid of my love handles, they are not big but i dont want to have them at all.
they problem is that i am not sure if i am eating right.
this is my 4 week and i have seen some improvement, nothing really big
my diet is about 400 gm of proiten a day divided into 6 meals, carbs about 140 gm , 75 gm postworkout the rest 1/2 cup oatmeal in the meal six and 1/2 cup on the meal 2 fat just flaxseed oil 2 spoons on protein drinks
also im cycling clean and ephedra, 2 weeks & 2 weeks
cardio 30-40 min treadm every morning 5 days a week
should i eat more?
if i include more clean carbs on my diet, will i still burning fat?
i want my muscles to look fuller.
please advice.
