mg and cc are two different types of measurement, one is weight the other is volume...

1 ml = 1 cc
now, 250mg of test in 1 ml is the same as 250mg of test in 1cc...

There are no dumb questions. Well, there are and a lot of them get posted here, but this one may not be so dumb.

A mg (milligram) is a measure of weight. A cc (cubic centimetre) is a measure of volume. 1 cc = 1 ml (millilitre).

It depends on what substance you are emasuring to determine how many mg are in a cc (or ml).
