Ok here it goes i weigh 171 pounds i wanna loose a lot and real fast.
My daily routine is as follows:
[Breakfast]
4 Egg whites
[Work out]
30 mins treadmill
30 mins cycling
30 mins stomache workouts
[After Workout Meal]
1 can Tuna in water with chopped up onions and lemon
1 Green apple or 1 orange i switch from time to time.
ok so people are saying this is wrong too low but it worked real great lost from 286 to 171 in 2 months and a half but kinda going slow now.. anyone know a better diet? i want a diet i can use everyday or if anyone is free to write me up a bitching cutting diet.. thanks
