before first cycle-mid second cycle please don't flame guys i know i'm small, but anyone know about what my body fat % is ? ... and i know i have alot of real lagging body parts because i'm small all over,but are there any real noticable? if so what exersises to fix it? i know this is in the wrong forum,but i wanted to get the most replys.
