Quaker Oatmeal is actual an ideal oatmeal to eat. And it takes less than a minute to prepare.
It's great IMO. I've been getting so lazy about cooking brown rice...I think I had oatmeal for every pro/carb meal last week...
put it in the blender with your protein....use milk or water
If too lazy to prepare, i would also suggest putting it in the blender, but it doesnt mix well. Oatmeal is one of a few things in my diet i actually enjoy.
thats what im eating right now!
i slice up some old bananeez, throw in some raisons, diced peachez and honee..makes it pretty good, good load up on carbs too
You guys realize you add some water to regular oatmeal and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it is cooked fully right lol.......I don't see the point in buying the 1 minute packets when I can cook my regular stuff in 2![]()
i agree...plus, most of the packets have added sugar etc.Originally Posted by LeanMeOut

instant and old fashoin are great.
I microwave my oldfashioned oats in water for a minute and they are done, same as the packets but just plain ol' rolled oats!
