You could make a sublingual Eq using (complexed) Eq base, but it would have a very short half life - so you'd need to take it every couple of hours or so....
But i've never heard of this being available to buy - you'd have to make it

Actually, you can easily make deca caps, in the same way you can make Test Undecanoate caps (it's called Andriol)...aracidonic acid (I believe), the compound in question (Nandrolone Decanoate, in this case), and a gelcap to put it all in would get you on your way....
However, As with andriol (which is inferior to injetable test), deca caps would be inferior to injectable deca....
