how do you know if you are prone to gyno?how can some people just keep their anti-e on standby as (in case of gyno break glass) how will they be quick enough to prevent this if it already starts forming.

But how can you tell - is there any way you can assume wether or not you are prone to gyno? I do not want to learn by experience that I am.

bro you will get a really bad itch on your nipple, and inflamation before the actual lump is formed, that is when you would load up on your anti's

ya man its nothing to really worry too much about...just take the 10-20mgs or anti-e before bedtime...and if at some point it should start to itch...take 60mgs ED till its gone....
