im goin to take a cycle of winstrol. i already have it and plan on taking it soon. should i take it on mon and thrus for 5 weeks? plan on doin 1 c on those days. should i take more or less during the 5 weeks? like the first week i would take 2cs and the next week would i up it any?

stats, cycle experience and goals? im not sure if the winny only thing will fly too well. winny should also be taken at 50 mg ED or EOD, it has a short half life.

sell the winny and get enough test to run for 8-10 weeks. Or if you got the money keep the winstrol and run it the last 5 weeks or so of the test. It will harden you up and give you mantainable gains.

what would the test do... everyone says use test.. does test bloat you and make u gain a lot of weight..and i want to keep most of my gains and i hear that u dont keep all ur gains with test

5'10 170 diet is okay. bout to get better. goals to get my arms bigger. gain bout 15 pounds of muscle

I put on 17lbs on an EQ and winstrol cycle and kept just about all of it.

I ran 400mg of EQ a week (two shots of 200mg a week) and then added in winny tabs (50mg ED) after 4 weeks. I got really nice and ripped and gained quite a bit of strength.

I don't like test. My first cycle was test only and all I got out of it was acne, bloat, and some more hair on my ass.

btw, I was saying in my first post that I'd run some EQ with the winny, but definitely NOT test. But thats just me.

The main reason people add test is to avoid sexual dysfunction (limp dick) and make them feel good. I don't get limp dick when I don't use test and neither do a lot of people. I'm using EQ and Tren right now and no probs what so ever!

lol, probably got sold some fake gear then. or maybe you just dont respond to it well. but from most of my readings, the majority of people respond well to a test only first cycle.

If you like anxiety go with EQ. It doesn't really matter what his side effects were everyone is different.

It seems like most of spool's post are test-bashing. The majority of guys, big guys, vets and mods, will tell you that test is neccessary with every cycle if you wish to see real gains. I personally love test!

My blood pressure went up but hawthorne berry controlled it fine. Other than that the only other side affect was that my knees got a little stiff from the winny. Nothing too bad.

I'm not bashing test I'm bashing when people say it's mandatory. It just isn't. It's irresponsible to recommend one single compound exclusively for everyone. Some people do not like the results or sides from test. It's like me coming on every thread and saying..."you MUST use tren for EVERY cycle". How much sense does that make?

If someone wants to recommend test thats fine, but dont shove it up someones ass saying they have to use it. Thats silly.

If your going to run winstrol I would suggest keep it within 6-8 weeks max. Also run some kind of test (due to the short cycle length prop is the best bet). Prop @ 50mg ED and Winstrol @ 50mg ED would be best to keep levels constant. Most important get proper PCT and look into milk thistle for the kidneys. Liquidex, Armidex, Nolvadex or Letro would also help prevent sides like bloat (though prop does not tend to bload as much as other tests do) Hope this help bro. Good Luck!
