6 day workout, alternating light and heavy workouts

Heavy workouts are 4 exercises, 4 sets each, 4-8 reps per set.

Light workouts are 1/2 heavy wourkout weight, 30,25,20,15 reps - 10 second rest in between sets.

Moday:
Legs Heavy
Bi Light

Tuesday:
Tri Light
Chest Heavy

Wednesday:
Shoulders Heavy
Back Light

Thursday:
Legs Light
Bi Heavy

Friday:
Tri Heavy
Chest Light

Saturday:
Shoulders Light
Back Heavy

Sunday:
Rest.
