does test make your heart beat faster ? is that a bad thing ?

makes blood pressure higher, not sure about heart rate, although i would guess that it does since it elevates bp so much, and these things kind of go hand an hand.
the higher your resting heart rate, the harder your heart is working to pump the blood through your body, which is not good.
