I'm getting a Nigerian Dwarf Goat tomorrow, and I want to build the cheapest shelter possible. I'm thinking like frame out of 2x4, and cover with plywood and a tarp. It doesn't need to be the Ritz, but I want him to be happy, unlike me. Also, since it's Nigerian, we can already determine that Bouncer wants it dead or in jail.

Are you going to eat it? Goats are not good pets, they are much better curried and on a plate. With brown rice, yeah.
