insulin question

Hey guys,

let me see if i got this right.

I will be using humalin-r post work out itramuscular shots as im cuts the duration of effect in half

I will begin with 3 ius and up it 1iu a day until i hit a max of 10iu

I will do this for 4 weeks no more, no less.

here is the question, can I use a few bottles of American Bodybuildings Mass Recovery drink for my first post shot drink, my 1 hour mark drink, and my 2 1/2 hour meal the ingredients are as follows.

380 calories
35 grams of protein
60 grams of carbs
0 grams of fat

obviously once I get up to 7iu or more I will have a bottle and a half.
