I know of some Russian 5% but the amps were very weird shape. Like a needle point. But these I never seen before. Prop is very cheap I dont think they would fake it. But in that region its very possible.

No Power, your thoughts is right they are cheap as hell from what
I can remember my ex-source would have some of those prop for
very cheap price so no profit of making fakes of that!

thinking on running those prop with tren and winny (****ing two shots a day thats my only concern) can no mixs winny with oil in the same needle prop and tren yes but winny and tren no
trying to come out with another solution like replacing the winny for something else
