lets put this to bed. Would their be any negative, physical consequences for running nolva and L-dex together, everyday, with a non-progestenic steroid? I mean, better safe than sorry.

not pointless. The nolva will help to keep your lipid profile in check. Thats how i run it every cycle.

Agree with magic. If you have a reason to use nolva, and ALSO a reason to use ldex or other AI, then you have reason to use both. Generally, with low doses of aromatizing AAS, you can get by just fine with only the nolva, though.

quick follow up on this thread. in regards to bloating, does test eth 500mg/wk w/ 20mg/day nolv and .5mg liquidex/day equal test prop 75mg/day?

only use nolva when you need it! some estrogen is good for your colesterol level and your gains (anabolics 2005)

yeah a little estro is good - but nolva acts as a partial estro agonist - ie it mimicks estro & will improve your lipid profile in the presence of reduced estro (for example when taking letro)

...so, just to be safe, though it is pointless, running nolva and L-dex wont have any negatuve consequences other than it costing more money? Is that true? If so, $100 is worth pease-of-mind in my opinion. Oh yea, I'm running 75mg prop/day for 12 weeks if that helps.

I think some people didn't see the ''non'' bit & thought you meant AAS like Deca & Tren - it is not pointless to run nolva & ldex with test - far from it.

no - you'll end up with higher levels of test hanging around with the enanth (it builds up over time) - hence the increase in bloat etc.
