I know what you're saying. I know a guy who was extremely skinny as a kid and even as a teen. I didn't see him for a couple of years and one day I met him again... Man, he had become pretty huge! 6ft and 230lbs ripped... That's not bad if you ask me. But hey, the ecto's normally have a great metabolism. This makes it difficult for them to pack on muscle, but they seem to stay ripped all year long. No matter what they eat.

is it possible to change your somatotype ?
I mean if you were an ectomorph...and you trained for a few years, cycled properly and ate right, if you gained an extra 40lbs wouldnt you be an...

    "Ectomorphic-measomorph"

Thats what i learned i dont know how right it is but cant you be a split somatotype or change it to a certain extent. i mean i know obviously an Endomorph can never change to being a full Ecto but if a naturaly fat/big guy dieted well, trained hard and packed on the muscle wouldnt that make them an Endomorphic measomorph ?

    Or am i totaly wrong

im a godamn ectomorph. im tall with long legs and a short torso and my bones are small. thats why whenever im on a cycle my strength is too much for my bones and i always end up breaking my hands and things when i get in fights. it sucks. for some reason my arm muscles get huge but i have so much trouble making my chest and upper back big. i think last time i measured myself my arms were like 16.5" and my chest was like 42". thats not right is it?

    Naturally, probably Endo/Meso....

If you saw me (pics in that forum), I'm 5'7" and 205, 9%bf...I look like a pure Meso now....good frame, pretty wide/big, not much fat, etc....

I'm a meso/endo i suspect. Its a bitch for me to keep off fat, but i gain muscle pretty easy.

im 5'7 and is it possible to be ecto/endo. Im skinny, extremely hard to gain muscle, and extremely easy to put on fat! in my eyes, thats how i see myself.

Do you ever feel frustrated about starting to early? How do you think your endocrine system is holding up?

im about 152 about right now, with about 9% bf. IM landscaping now, and im pretty sure ill be gaining some muscle, and losing some fat perhaps this summer, i hope...because its so dificult to work 8 hours straight in the day, with only one lunch break, and try to gain wieght, and i sweat like no other.

Nope. I have bloodwork through my early 20's and I've always been fully recovered when I go off.
